On Monday, a new TaylorMade carbonwood driver landed on the USGA conforming list.
The driver, seemingly called the Qi10 LS, features a Carbonwood sole, weight port as well as a T logo alignment mark. Per the list, the driver has been deemed conforming in three different lofts: 8, 9, and 10.5.
In our forums, our members have been sharing their thoughts on the news. Here are a few posts from the thread, but make sure to check out the entire discussion and have your say at the link below.
- 54CW: “Pretty cool, I imagine an LS head means it’s possibly 440cc & pear shaped?”
- jaffabell: “I wonder if Rory will have this in play this week in Dubai – it would explain the timing of this hitting the conforming list?”
- madaboutgolf: “Usually a full launch from TM. Irons and fairways soon?”
GolfWRX will have its eyes peeled to see if the Qi10 is on the PGA Tour this week at the RSM Classic.
