In our forums, our members have been debating the best snack to have mid-round on the course. WRXer ‘mxskier’ put out the question and our members have shown a wide variety of tastes in response.
Here are a few posts from the thread, but make sure to check out the entire discussion and have your say at the link below.
- phi482: “Miller Lite, about 6 of them.”
- Ereim: “Our course has Ritz Crackers with Port Wine Cheese and Peanut butter at the “long barn” which you pass through 3 times during a round.”
- DREWZER300: “Homemade beef jerky.”
- kwcsports: “PB & J”
- getitdaily: “Peanut butter crackers..2 packs. Very low sugar. Some carbs, good amount of fat. Combine them with a cold beer!”
- MattM97: ” I usually bring two sandwiches, either some variation of PB&J, PB w/honey & banana, PB&Hazelnut Spread or Cold Cuts. Cut them in half and snack on those throughout the round, sometimes eat them early, sometimes they last but way better than chips or crackers. Can’t drop 300 yards bomb on crackers.”
